Summary
The Market Operations position is a rigorous and challenging opportunity for a high-potential candidate to make a significant contribution to the success of the International organization. A new position, the candidate will perform in-depth sales, marketing and operational support for the international business, by liaising with all commercially facing departments, for all three businesses within NxStage. The role will provide all tactical support for the successful recruitment, implementation, and business development for whatever in-country commercial solutions are established.
Specific Duties:
- Ensuring that the sales organizations (distributor or direct selling) have the appropriate inventory, materials and support.
- Assembly and on-going maintenance of the relevant forecasts as a representation of the International business at the S&OP meetings
- Coordination of supporting projects, such as labeling translations and international-specific product modifications
- Working with Regulatory and Operations to ensure that correct processes are established and maintained to ensure commercial success in existing and new geographies
- Identifying and representing in-country marketing needs as well as those of the commercial partners as we develop new business processes to support our OUS efforts.
- To ensure that contractual agreements remain up-to-date and report on those performance criteria.
- Deliver a range of commercial reports to provide a comprehensive view of sales performance, market share analysis and S&OP planning on a frequent, repetitive basis
- Analyze information and provide interpretation as required.
- Conduct analysis of historic sales data and market information to develop and assess product distribution strategies.
- Build and deliver analytical tools to assist the field in enhancing sales performance.
- Monitor and track key competitors and synthesize competitive intelligence into actionable points of view.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or a minimum of 7+ years experience of analytics experience; marketing analytics or strategy
- An active problem solver and agile learner
- Ability to think strategically to effectively define and develop reporting packages.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Experience with Avante, SalesLogix and SalesForce.com helpful, but not required.
- Knowledge of Dialysis industry helpful, but not required.
- Multilingual a plus
