Dr. Costanzo is the Medical Director for both the Heart Failure Program with Midwest Heart Specialist, and Center for Advanced Heart Failure in Naperville, IL. Dr. Costanzo has published more than 150 peer-reviewed manuscripts and is a member of the Research Committee of the Heart Failure Society of America.
