Most recently, Mr. Shreiner served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Behavioral Centers of America from April 2012 until its acquisition by Acadia Healthcare in December 2012. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Shreiner was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at RehabCare Group, Inc., a NYSE publicly traded healthcare services company that was acquired by Kindred Healthcare in 2011. His career experiences include Ernst & Young, the B.F. Goodrich Company and 16 years at the Kellogg Company where he served on the Company’s Global Strategic Leadership Team. Mr. Shreiner was also Chief Financial Officer for several private companies within Austin Ventures’ portfolio of companies.
