Prayus Tailor, MD

Dr. Tailor is a practicing clinical nephrologist with Nephrology Associates, PA in Newark Delaware. He has also served as the nephrology fellowship program director at Christiana Care Health System (Sidney Kimmel Medical College) and as President of the Medical Society Delaware. He is board-certified in nephrology. In his role as the medical director for FMC Brandywine Home Therapies and transitional start unit, he seeks to improve the transition of patients from chronic kidney disease to end stage renal disease and promote the benefits of home therapies.
